QUILL AND SCROLL & HOBACHI

Ever since 1950, Hobachi has been a Quill and Scroll chartered publication. Quill and Scroll is an international honor society that supports over 14,104 high schools in scholastic journalism. Hobachi presents an opportunity for students at RHS to join this program which offers scholarships and awards.
